These general conditions of sale constitute a single contractual document and contain all the contractual relationships between the parties.

  • Availability and force majeure

Neither party will be responsible for the total or partial breach of its obligations under this contract, if this breach is caused by an act constituting force majeure. Force majeure cases will be considered those that meet the criteria established by the jurisprudence of the 2nd Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. The Party that invokes a case constituting force majeure must notify the other Party of the same within five working days following the day on which said act occurred or on which the threat thereof was manifested. The Parties agree that they must agree as soon as possible to determine the set of order execution procedures when they are faced with a case of force majeure.

 

  • Partial nullity

If one or more of the provisions of these general conditions of sale were declared null or void by virtue of a law, a regulation or a final decision of a judicial body, the other provisions will continue to maintain full force and legal effects.

 

  • Pay price

The prices of the courses are indicated in euros and do not include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. The price invoiced to the buyer is that indicated in the order confirmation sent by e-mail by C3.

 

  • Price changes

C3 reserves the right, which the user accepts, to modify their prices at any time, although the courses will be billed taking into account the rates in force at the time of registration of the order, although subject to their availability.

 

  • Way to pay

Payments will be made online. The user will enter the data requested in the secure banking platform. Said data will not be stored in any case in C3. The banking platform will inform C3 of the validity of the purchase. Only in the event that the sale is fully confirmed, C3 will consider the purchase completed and provide the necessary access to the platform. C3 does not know the reasons for the refusal of the banking platform.

The maximum delivery time for access is 7 working days.

For any incident in the enrollment in courses through the Web, the User must contact customer service, or by phone +34 902226236.

 

  • Withdrawal

In Online or distance courses, the User will not have the right to any refund once the course has started. If they have been contracted through the web, the contract may be withdrawn for 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. In Online and distance courses, once the course has started, there is no right of withdrawal.

 

  • Client consent

It will be understood that the student-client accepts the conditions established by checking the box 'I accept the conditions of sale' and clicking on the 'Buy' button.
